After our son was born we learned that he would have special needs and require life long care. We had so many questions and did not know where to turn. A former client of Brian told us to call him. We called and he came to our house. Brian did not make any promises; just that he would get us answers. I was riding my motorcycle and a car turned in front of me. I was life-flighted to a trauma hospital. I had a lot of concerns besides just getting back on my feet after surgery… hospital bills, lost wages. A former client of Brian’s told me to call him. The doctor’s told us that mom suffered severe brain damage and would require life long care. We had so many questions and thankfully a friend told us to call Brian. It was suppose to be a quick and simple outpatient procedure. They told me my husband’s weak heart caused a severe brain injury. It didn’t make sense, so I called Brian and he came to my house and we talked. Brian explained the process and his experience with brain injury medical cases. After getting the medical records Brian explained the anesthesia team broke some medical rules and that is what actually caused the severe brain damage. Brian personally handled our case and was always available whether I sent him an email, a text to his cell or I needed him to stop at my house to talk. I am thankful that I now know what actually happened and thank Brian for his personal attention and leading us through this difficult and emotional time.

Brian never lost sight of how best to serve us. He knew who to pursue, where to pursue them and the best method to pursue them. He prepared us for what was ahead and always kept us up to speed. Even after the case was wrapped up, he saw that things were not proceeding properly he stepped in to set things right.
