It was suppose to be a quick and simple outpatient procedure. They told me my husband’s weak heart caused a severe brain injury. It didn’t make sense, so I called Brian and he came to my house and we talked. Brian explained the process and his experience with brain injury medical cases. I felt comfortable and asked him to look into what happened. After getting the medical records Brian explained the anesthesia team broke some medical rules and that is what actually caused the severe brain damage. Brian personally handled our case and was always available whether I sent him an email, a text to his cell or I needed him to stop at my house to talk. I am thankful that I now know what actually happened and thank Brian for his personal attention and leading us through this difficult and emotional time.
